What Electrician Job Estimator does with your data
In short: everything you enter stays on your phone. The app has no account, no server and no internet permission, so its publisher never receives your data or your clients’ data.
Who this policy is from
This policy is published by the publisher of the Android app Electrician Job Estimator (“the app”) and covers the app and the website electricianestimate.xyz. There is one address for support, privacy questions and data requests: [email protected].
What the app stores
The app stores only what you type into it, and what it works out from that on your phone.

The app processes nothing else: no location, no photos, no contacts, no device identifiers, no usage statistics and no crash reports.
Where it is stored
- Only on your device, in the app’s private storage, plus temporary PDF and CSV files in the app’s cache folder when you export.
- There is no account, no server and no synchronisation.
- The data is not included in Android’s cloud backup or in a device-to-device transfer.
There is no backup and no import in this version. If you lose the phone, uninstall the app or clear its storage, the data is gone and the publisher cannot restore it, because the publisher never had it.
What leaves your phone
Nothing is transmitted by the app. The released app has no internet permission, so it cannot open a network connection.
A file leaves the device only when you choose “Save and share”, “Share PDF”, “Print preview” or a CSV export. The file is then handed to the Android share sheet or the system print service and goes wherever you send it: e-mail, a messaging app, a printer, a cloud drive. From that point the privacy terms of the app or service you chose apply.
- The quotation PDF contains your business details, the client’s name, address, phone number and e-mail address, the site address, the job and its prices, and your terms. It never contains purchase prices, markup or profit.
- The internal cost sheet (CSV) contains the job title, the client’s name, the site address and all cost figures.
- The price list (CSV) contains your materials price list.
Third parties and permissions
No third party receives data from the app. It contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or cloud component, and it has no adverts and no purchases.
The app requests no permission at run time and declares none that gives access to your data: no contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage or notifications.
Your clients’ details are your responsibility
You decide whose details to enter. If you store clients’ names, addresses and phone numbers, you are responsible for handling them properly under the data-protection rules that apply to your business. The app only stores what you type, on your own phone; its publisher never receives those details and cannot see, correct or delete them.
Keeping and deleting data
- Data stays on your phone until you delete it. Individual jobs, clients, materials and quotes can be deleted in the app.
- More → Your data → “Erase everything” removes all of it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes everything as well.
- Files you have exported are outside the app’s control once shared. The cached copy on the phone is overwritten by the next export of the same name and removed with the app’s cache.
Because the publisher holds none of your data, there is nothing for the publisher to delete, export or correct on request. You are still welcome to write with any question about your data: [email protected].
Children
The app is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children.
This website and e-mail
This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts; its fonts and images are served from the site itself. It has no forms and no accounts. Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting server, which may record technical request data such as the IP address and the time of a request in its logs.
If you write to the contact address, your e-mail address and whatever you include in your message are received and used to answer you.
Changes and contact
If a later version of the app changes what is described here, for example by adding a backup, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
